Our management dashboard allows analyzing the performance of the whole operation of the container terminal. Thanks to our powerful BI, you can make decisions based on data that come directly from the assets involved in the operations. Moreover, you will immediately measure the effect of a change made in the system. For instance, if you decided to change the direction of a tractor or a crane position, you could measure the impact of that different KPI.
The Digital Key is a solution that limits and supervises the use of machinery through a RFID token, that enable the use of the assets depending on the operator’s authorizations. This feature enhances safety in the workplace and allows to monitor the activity and efficiency of the operators.
Sistema di gestione EDI
Neptuno EMS allows management of EDI files (COARRI, CODECO, CUSCAR, COPRAR, BAPLIE), to transfer documents to and from the shipping companies’ systems. This system allows conversion from various formats (XLS, XML, TXT, MDB, DBF) to EDI and vice versa. This system is also interfaceable via ODBC to existing databases for automatic documents export.
Sistema di fatturazione automatico
It allows billing automated services on a completely parameterized tariff. It allows bill issuing by including BL and delivery date. The system performs calculations based on the data that was previously included automatically, such as date of arrival, and based on the fee set for the customer. This tariff will be created on the basis of different criteria.
